Since our products are herbal consumables, returns are accepted only if:

• The item arrives damaged,

• You receive the wrong product, or

• The seal is broken before you open the package.

In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

• Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund within 3–5 working days.

Non-Returnable Items
